These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ResellPulse ("Service"), operated by Ty Wilson ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use ResellPulse. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at ty@resellpulse.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
ResellPulse is a paid subscription service. You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected plan. Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Founding member pricing is locked for as long as your subscription remains active without lapsing.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in bulk; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) use the Service to harm, defraud, or deceive others.
By connecting your eBay account, you authorize ResellPulse to access your seller data via the eBay API in accordance with eBay's developer terms. You remain solely responsible for your eBay account and compliance with eBay's policies.
You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any sales data, collections, or other content you input into ResellPulse. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without advance notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of analytics, market data, or insights provided by the platform. Nothing in ResellPulse constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
