ResellPulse ("we," "us," or "our") operates resellpulse.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address.
eBay data: If you connect your eBay account, we retrieve your sales history (order IDs, amounts, item titles, buyer state) via the eBay API. We store this data to power your analytics, P&L, and collection tracking. We never access your buyer's personal information beyond what eBay provides to sellers.
User-entered data: Collections, expenses, goals, stream records, and other data you manually enter in the platform.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive and store your subscription status and customer ID.
Usage data: We may collect basic usage data (page visits, feature usage) to improve the product.
We use your information to: provide and improve the ResellPulse service; send transactional emails (welcome, sync reminders, billing); respond to your support requests; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure. We use row-level security policies to ensure each user can only access their own data. Connections are encrypted via TLS.
We use the following third-party services: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and eBay APIs (sales data). Each is governed by their own privacy policy.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will delete your account data within 30 days. Email ty@resellpulse.com to request deletion.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing ty@resellpulse.com. If you are a resident of the EU or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively.
We use cookies solely for authentication (session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
